Vendor Registration

This is an agreement between Eagle Pass SAFE (hereafter referred to as “Host”) and registree (hereafter referred to as “Vendor”).

The Host will be organizing the 2025 Eagle Pass SAFE Pride Festival scheduled to take place on Saturday,  November 15, 2025 starting at 5:00PM. The Host has the legal authority to issue licenses for concession vending during the event. Vendors wishing to participate in the event will be allowed to vend the following:
