SAFE, in partnership with the Eagle Pass Public Health Coalition (EPPHC), now offers free rapid HIV testing through SAFESwiftScreen HIV Rapid Testing at the It’s For Me! Community Closet.

This service is designed to provide accessible, confidential, and supportive testing in a welcoming environment for our community. Appointments are required, and the shop will temporarily close during testing hours to ensure privacy and confidentiality for each client.

The rapid HIV test uses a simple finger prick blood sample, with results available in approximately 20 minutes. During your visit, participants may also receive information and resources about HIV prevention options such as PrEP and DoxyPEP, as well as referrals for additional care and support services if needed.

Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Thursdays: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
